What is in the opening collection?
Retatrutide, GHK-Cu, BPC-157 and Electric H2O are in stock across their size options, sourced and filled in the USA. The remaining catalog entries are listed but out of stock. Electric H2O composition still needs confirmation.
Can these products be used by people or animals?
No. The collection is presented for laboratory research only, not for human or veterinary consumption. The site does not provide administration guidance or therapeutic claims.
Where can I find a certificate of analysis?
Batch certificates from Optiq Health Labs are published for every in-stock product and linked from each product page. The Quality & testing page lists that status for every product. Packaging concepts are not certificates or analytical evidence.
Can I pay for an order now?
Payment processing is not connected. You can build a selection and submit it for a manual quote or availability review. An inquiry does not create an order or reserve inventory.
How do I request a quote?
Add products to your cart, review the quantities, then choose Request a quote. Your selection and questions are saved for manual review. Save the receipt to check for updates.
What are the proposed shipping rates?
The draft launch policy is $9 standard shipping within the contiguous United States, free on merchandise subtotals of $150 or more. Processing is targeted at 1–2 business days, with an estimated 3–5 business days in transit. These are draft terms, not active service guarantees.
What happens if an item is damaged or incorrect?
The draft policy asks customers to report damaged or incorrect items within 7 days of delivery, with their order reference and photographs. Approved claims receive a replacement or refund. The full proposed policy is on Shipping & returns.
How will I receive a response to my inquiry?
After submission, save your request reference and private access code. Enter both on Check a request to see any update posted by ElectricBioLabs. Automated email is not configured.
Is submitting a research inquiry the same as opening an account?
No. Research inquiries are reviewed manually. The form does not create a customer account, verify credentials, or approve a purchase.
What if I lose my request access code?
The access code is shown once in your receipt. Save that receipt securely. If you lose the code, submit a new contact request and mention your previous reference if you have it. The site will not reveal a request based on a reference alone.
