What payment methods do you accept?
We accept USDC, ETH, and BTC through PayRam. Secure e-check is available through Paycron when its merchant connection is active. Crypto payments confirm automatically; e-check payments must clear before fulfillment. We never ask for your wallet password, recovery phrase, private keys, or bank login.
What shipment and sealed-material support is available?
Sealed-material return requests may be submitted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unopened, fully sealed, and not broken or damaged. Contact us with your order number before returning anything. Materials arriving damaged or inconsistent with their COA can be reported within 30 days for review. See Shipment and Order Support Terms for full details.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within the contiguous United States only. International shipping, Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, PO boxes and military addresses are not available.
Are these products for human use?
No. Products are offered only to researchers affiliated with a laboratory, institution, or research-focused company for laboratory research. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent disease and are not for human or veterinary consumption.
Are certificates of analysis available?
Supplier-provided batch reports are available in our COA library for products marked Published. Review the sample, size and lot on each report; a report for one batch does not establish results for every size or lot, and ElectricBioLabs has not independently authenticated the issuing laboratory.
How do the vial bundles work?
For the smallest listed mg size on each eligible product, buy 2 and receive 1 free, or buy 3 and receive 2 free. The product page shows the applicable mg size, total vial count, regular single-vial total, bundle price, and savings before you add it to the cart.
When will my order ship?
Orders enter fulfillment only after payment has arrived and been confirmed. Standard shipping is $9, and orders of $150 or more receive free standard shipping. Check Your account for current order status and tracking when available.
How do I submit a research inquiry?
Add products to your cart, review the quantities, then choose Submit research inquiry. Your selection and questions are saved for manual review. Save the receipt to check for updates.
How will I receive a response to my inquiry?
After submission, save your request reference and private access code. Enter both on Check a request to see any update posted by ElectricBioLabs. Automated email is not configured.
Is submitting a research inquiry the same as opening an account?
No. Research inquiries are reviewed manually. The form does not create a customer account, verify credentials, or approve a purchase.
What if I lose my request access code?
The access code is shown once in your receipt. Save that receipt securely. If you lose the code, submit a new contact request and mention your previous reference if you have it. The site will not reveal a request based on a reference alone.
